Kids participating in Jefferson Township Youth Baseball (JTYB) learn as much off the field as they do on the field, according to the organization’s leaders. They attribute this to the incredible players, awesome coaches, and support from families and the community. The league is open to players ages 4-18, with participation available in tee ball, rookies, minors, majors, tournament teams, and a Babe Ruth league.

A “fun-a-thon” is currently taking place to raise $15,000 in support of the young baseball players. Donations will help to fund the 2019 moving-up games, the league’s community events, league improvements, use of an indoor training facility, equipment purchases, umpire expenses, improvements for the 2020 season, and the cost for families to attend the league’s end-of-season celebration on June 22.

No amount is too small; every contribution is appreciated. To make a donation, visit Use the search section to donate in honor of a favorite player; support can also be given to the league as a whole.
