Police responded to a report of a victim of a craigslist scheme on January 9. The victim sent a total of $1,600 to a subject reportedly attempting to rent her a house.

A victim reported on January 4 that someone removed her I-pod from her car either at Heather Hills Drive or in front of Briggs School.

Someone entered the vehicle on Sleepy Hollow Drive on January 4 and took his Amazon Kindle.

An unknown subject used victim’s Verizon account to purchase Cell Phones from Apple on January 9.

Ryan Tajerian from Clifton ran from JTPD Officer McGowan on January 11 after realizing he had a no bail warrant for his arrest.  Following a brief foot chase he was apprehended. He was turned over to the Morris County Sheriff’s Office. Charges are pending.

A driver failed to negotiate snow covered Cozy Lake Road on January 14 and crashed a vehicle into a utility pole by Princess Lane, causing a wide spread power outage for over four hours.
