The Jefferson Township High School boys varsity soccer team won the first round game of the Morris County Tournament on Sunday, September 23. The score was 3-2 over the Whippany Park High School team.

Scoring for Jefferson were Kevin Leonhard with two goals and Sean Majury with one goal. Hunter Jacobus had two assists and Jacob Wacker, the goalkeeper, had six saves.

The JTHS boys varsity soccer team advances to round two in the Morris County tournament this weekend.
