The staff positions listed below are available for qualified applicants at the 2018 Camp Jefferson Summer Day Camp on weekdays from Monday, June 25 through Friday, August 17. Staff in all these positions may take seven days off without pay.

Part-Time After Care Aide/Counselor (18+): 12:00- 6:00.

Certified Life Guards (18+): 8:30-3:30 except Tuesdays.

Part-Time General Cleaning Person (21+): 2:00-6:00, experience preferred.

Camp Photographer/Videographer (18+): 9:00-3:00, 4 to 5 days per week. Photograph/videotape activities during off-site trips as well as on site to produce individual DVDs for advertising and a camp video at the end of the season. Must have own good quality camera and editing equipment.

Safety Monitor (18+): 8:30-3:30, 3 to 5 days per week. Monitor entrance of vehicles and people, patrol property and access points, be alert to non-authorized individuals on the property, collaborate with camp directors and office staff, handle camper discipline situations, write incident reports and a log, handle weekly bus evacuations. Must be polite and have an approachable manner, be alert and observant, possess good communication skills, talk with children in a calm and relaxed manner. Knowledge of ALICE preferred.
