Ready for some great food at Jefferson Fest III? You won’t want to miss these options at the event, scheduled for Saturday, July 13 at the Jefferson Township High School fields.

Texas Smoke BBQ in Lake Hopatcong will be cooking and offering their delicious BBQ food from their portable smoker.

Latin Fusion options will be available when Gustoso Bistro joins the lineup. You can look forward to plantain bowls, jalapeno grenades, not your mama’s tacos, arepas my way, and empanadas plus artisan lemonades!

Returning this year is  Eat My Balls, specializing in Sicilian Arancini (Rice balls) — an old family recipe handed down through many generations combining Cynthia’s homemade Bolognese sauce, chopped meat, peas, hardboiled egg, ham, and melted mozzarella in a large ball of rice, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried to golden brown perfection.

Jersey Johnny’s Grill of Woodland Park will be driving in its food truck, ready to serve you its classic Jersey weiners and more!

If you crave gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, then be sure to stop by the Cheezen Food Truck for sandwiches that melt in your mouth.

Pie Oh My Wood Fired Pizza from Jersey City will offer pizza cooked right on site in their mobile oven.

Once you’re finished with dinner, there’s always dessert.

Maddelena’s Cheesecake will serve cheesecake on a stick dipped in chocolate with six cookie crumb topping options!

Jefferson’s own AJ’s Country Cone will be dishing out ice cream and Italian ices along with root beer floats.

A festival isn’t a festival without funnel cakes, so E-Zee Concessions, who offered delicious funnel cakes for years at the previous Jefferson Township Day celebrations, is back for Jefferson Fest with their truck, ready to cover that funnel cake with powdered sugar.
