Gardeners of all skill levels are invited to attend a meeting of the Museum Garden Club of Jefferson on Wednesday, March 20, at 7:00 p.m. in the Riker Room at the public library. Prospective and new members are welcome; no experience is necessary.

The Museum Garden Club’s main focus is to develop and maintain the gardens surrounding the Jefferson Township Museum, also known as the George Chamberlain House. Helping out in the gardens is a rewarding experience. Volunteers learn and work alongside several master gardeners and dedicated members.

Other activities include an annual plant sale and decorating the museum for Christmas visitors. Those interested in joining the organization are encouraged to attend the upcoming meeting.
