Westwood’s Samantha McClutchy scored 21 points and Rachel Bussanich added 10 as the cardinals won a tightly-fought battle. Nicole Vassallo’s potential game-winning three pointer with time expiring fell off the rim preserving the victory for the home-standing Cardinals

Taylor Langan led the Falcons with 17 points.

Joe Paulillo’s 2 free-throws with 1.1 seconds to go gave the win to the Cardinals in a game played at Immaculate Heart Academy in Washington Twp. Pauliilo was high-scorer for the Cardinals with 15 points

Jefferson’s Steven Breeman led all scorers with 20 points and Joe Batelli added 16 on 5 three-pointers for the Falcons
