Blue skies and cool temperatures brought out the crowds on Saturday, October 19 to celebrate all things fall at the annual Fall Fest at Camp Jefferson.

Attendees were treated to a corn maze, pick your own pumpkin patch, petting zoo with a pig, and miniature horse and pony rides. A bounce house and slide kept the kids entertained, along with a pumpkin decorating station for people to paint and decorate their pumpkins.

The Jefferson Police Department, Fire Department, and Rescue Squad as well as the NJ Forest Fire Service were all in attendance offering handouts, hacky sacks, guess the pumpkins weight contests as well as touch-a-truck.

DJ Earl kept the music going and entertained the kids with dance contests and other games. Many eager contestants vied for prizes.

Food was provided at the snack shack to keep the festival goers fueled. To complete the day, there was a hayride that toured the grounds of Camp Jefferson and riders were able to view the cabins that were decorated for the evening’s Haunted Hayride.
