With all the hubbub in the news these days, I am reminded of this quote by the famous 13th century poet, Rumi, “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

Don’t let the outside chaos allow you to build up your internal defenses against your neighbor. As Rumi suggests, remove those barriers so that your core being of primitive love can shine through and light up the world around you.

Peace and Live Creatively!
