Early Bird Prices Until November 19
A six-week after-school ski/snowboard program is being offered at Mountain Creek in Vernon for Jefferson students in grades 3-12 (ages 7-18) as well as for family and friends.
Jefferson students taking the Recreation Department bus in the multi-trip program may choose either a ski or snowboard package. All first-time participants must take the lessons, which are free.
A multi-trip program lift ticket includes six lessons – one for each night the student skis or snowboards. The fee is $139.99 until November 30. A Youth Club member all access season pass is also available for $229.99 until November 19, and then $249.99 until November 30.
The middle school/high school program and the Arthur Stanlick/White Rock elementary school program runs on Thursday evenings: January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 and February 7. Make-up dates are February 21 and 28. Two buses will leave directly from the middle/high school complex at dismissal and return at approximately 9:30 to the middle school parking lot. Other buses will leave directly from Stanlick and White Rock at dismissal and return to the respective school parking lot at approximately 8:45.
An optional equipment rental package includes a free helmet rental and rental damage insurance for $124.99, valid on the six club group nights. New this year, Mountain Creek is offering unlimited equipment rental, also including free helmet rental and rental damage insurance, for $179.99, applicable for the club’s six trip dates as well as any day the resort is open. All Jefferson student skiers and snowboarders must wear helmets to protect against head injury.
A packet of six meal vouchers is available at $59.70 offering a choice of burger, chicken fingers, or pizza with fries and a beverage. The premium package of six meal vouchers is $71.70 offering a choice of a sandwich, salad, or soup – plus a choice of fruit or yogurt and a beverage.
The Jefferson Township Recreation Department offers busing for the six group trips to/from Mountain Creek at $90 per student. Participants can bring their own equipment to school the morning of each trip (but not on the school bus), and take it on the ski bus to Mountain Creek.

Mountain Creek and Jefferson Recreation are also offering the following friend and family products to residents and non-residents:
- All Access Youth Season Pass: Non-participating (no busing) for ages 7-18 only; $269.99 until November 19 and $289.99 from November 20-30
- Young Adult All Access Season Pass for ages 19-29; $269.99 until November 19 and $289.99 from November 20-30
- Adult All Access Season Pass for ages 30 and up; $289.99 until November 19 and $379.99 from November 20-30
- New Young Adult Value Pass (not valid on holidays) for ages 19-29; $239.99 until November 19 and $279.99 from November 20-30
- New Adult Value Pass (not valid on holidays) for ages 30 and up; $269.99 until November 19 and $349.99 from November 20-30
Notes: There is no Youth Value Pass for ages 7-18. After December 1, Mountain Creek will offer Triple Play Cards through its online module using Jefferson Recreation’s log-in and password.
