The County of Morris, Department of Engineering and Transportation has reveled plans to resurface a 2.8 mile stretch of Berkshire Valley Road in Jefferson Township from Blue Road to South of Manor Drive starting the week of August 7, 2017. Motorists should expect delays during such period.

The resurfacing will take place in three phases; from Blue Road to Solar Road, Solar Road to Center Road, and Center Road to South of Manor Drive.

The plan was announced in conjunction with The Morris County Board of Freeholders’ continuing policy of maintaining and improving the county’s high quality road network. This year’s list is targeting nearly 33 miles across 15 municipalities at a total cost of $9 million.
