06/13/19 MV Stop/CDS Arrest (PO Johnson): Nicole Dean, 21, of Hamburg and Brandon Noorman, 22, of Lafayette were arrested for possession of heroin during a motor vehicle stop on Route 15 North. Both were processed and released pending a future court date

06/15/19 DWI (PO Paskas): Thomas Knysz, 21, of Newfoundland was arrested for DWI after he was stopped in traffic and asked PO Paskas if he could go around to enter Mason Street Pub. Knysz was arrested, processed, and released pending a future court date.

06/17/19 Suspicious Person DWI, CDS Arrest (P.O. Ondish):  Edward Flanagan, 29, of Lafayette was reported acting suspicious in the parking lot of Frank’s Pizza. His vehicle had substantial front end damage and he was stumbling around his vehicle. Further investigation revealed he was under the influence of CDS, had heroin and marijuana in his possession and was involved in a motor vehicle crash, which he fled. Flanagan was arrested and released pending a future court date.

6/22/19 DWI (PO Parisi): Harry Melber, 31, of Rockaway, was arrested for DWI after trying to leave The Windlass/Alice’s Restaurant. A security officer stopped Melber from driving away and made him park his vehicle when he believed Melber was too intoxicated to drive. Melber was arrested, processed, and released pending a future court date.

6/27/2019 MVA/DWI (PO Parisi/PO McGowan): Joseph Capaccio, 31, of Mine Hill, was arrested for DWI after failing to navigate a bend in the roadway and striking a guardrail on Ridge Road and Russia Road. He was arrested, processed, and released pending a future court date.
