Spring tennis classes for ages 3-adult at all ability levels are being offered by the Jefferson Township Recreation Department in partnership with the US Sports Institute. The program includes professional coaches, low group ratios, age appropriate equipment, skills, and drills, and fun games.

Lessons will take place as follows:

Thursdays from April 25-June 13 at the Chamberlain Field Recreation Complex tennis courts in the Water’s Edge development (48 Chamberlain Road, Milton):

  • Tennis Squirts – 3:30-4:15 (ages 3-5)
  • Foundation Tennis – 4:30-5:30 (ages 5-8)
  • Foundation Tennis – 5:30-6:30 (ages 8-10)
  • Foundation Tennis – 6:30-7:30 (ages 11-14)
  • Ladies Foundation Tennis – 7:30-8:30 (adult)

Fridays from April 26-June 14 at the Prospect Point Park tennis courts (30 Florida Avenue, Lake Hopatcong):

  • Tennis Squirts – 3:30-4:15 (ages 3-5)
  • Foundation Tennis – 4:30-5:30 (ages 5-8)
  • Foundation Tennis – 5:30-6:30 (ages 8-10)
  • Foundation Tennis – 6:30-7:30 (ages 11-14)
  • Ladies Foundation Tennis – 7:30-8:30 (adult)
