Let’s clear the air about vaping!

In 2018, more than 3.6 million U.S. middle and high school students used e-cigarettes. Two speakers will discuss this topic on Thursday, May 23, at 7 p.m. at the public library (1031 Weldon Road).

Ellie Plutto (MA, LAC, NCC) and Rebecca Tritt (MA, LAC, LCADC, NCC) will help participants to learn more about what these products are, why they are harmful, and how to protect youth and young adults from this trend.

The program is sponsored by JTEAM (Jefferson Township Education Association and Municipal Organizations) and the Municipal Alliance. Their goal is to increase a community-based coalition of concerned citizens to heighten awareness of substance abuse across the lifespan through education, prevention, and alternative activities.
